Is the job for you?

The role will suit someone who is:

  • Good at planning
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Can work on their own and as part of a team
  • Can stay late when necessary
  • Has good spoken English

Previous care co-ordinating experience is definitely preferable but not essential.  You will be working in a team of two, alongside  one of our very experienced deputy managers both of whom have full knowledge of the clients and their locations.

The role is full time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week).  Full training will be given.

It is a very rewarding job but it can be high pressured especially when next week’s rosters need to go out on a Thursday afternoon and at the last minute someone calls in sick or a client comes out of hospital without notice and needs care.

Why choose us to work for?

Lilly and I have known each other for over 30 years and manage the Company on a daily basis. We think this makes a difference when you are trying to be the best employer possible. Working as a care co-ordinator for us can be much easier and less pressured than some of our competitors.  Why? …

  • We plan things very well, with set runs for care workers
  • We have a bonus scheme that rewards care workers for turning up to their visits and not letting us down
  • We provide travel time between visits, so there is no need to be shortening visits just to fit everyone in
  • We try to get as much work in as smaller area as we can, which means travelling times between visits are shorter.
  • We operate in a 6 to 7 mile radius, which means there is always help on hand should care workers need need it.
  • If care workers run late we look to send someone out from the office to cover for them.
  • If care workers need help we can get to them.
  • ……. Having said all of that when things don’t go to plan it is a challenging job but we have a team to support you

  • 28 days holiday (including public holidays)
  • pension scheme
  • flexible start time (from 8.00 to 9.00)
  • paid sick pay
  • paid overtime

If you live locally and we sound like the kind of company you would like to work for; then please apply. I look forward to meeting you. Please fill in the on-line job application form by clicking the ‘Apply Now’ button below.
