£21,000 p.a + overtime

We are looking to hire two care co-ordinators.

The jobs are based in our Bramley and Chertsey offices.  You will be planning and booking care visits for our local care workers.  We use a purpose built rostering system from iCareHealth called Business Manager.

Is the job for you?

The role will suit someone who is:

  • Good at planning
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Can work on their own and as part of a team
  • Can stay late when necessary
  • Has good spoken English

Previous care co-ordinating experience is definitely preferable but not essential.  You will be working in a team of two, alongside  one of our very experienced deputy managers both of whom have full knowledge of the clients and their locations.

The role is full time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week).  Full training will be given.

It is a very rewarding job but it can be high pressured especially when next week’s rosters need to go out on a Thursday afternoon and at the last minute someone calls in sick or a client comes out of hospital without notice and needs care.
