Mum and I would like to take this opportunity to once again ‘thank you’ and all the carers who support us. It’s not what they all do for Mum alone it’s how they support me and the rest of the family. I know I may come across as demanding sometimes, I don’t mean to, I’m just scared. The carers are all so good with Mum. Always taking time with her needs despite the communication issues etc. They all show exceptional empathy and understanding, they always have. They all do you, and the caring profession ‘PROUD’. RH, RP, LK, RD, CB, PD, Lindy, Jo, to name a few. ‘Amazing’ workforce, we owe them so much. ‘Thank you’.

Client: Answering our questionnaire. DA and KB are extremely good at their jobs. They help me without losing my independence. Ellen will also go out of her way to sort things out. Lilly runs a good show under the circumstances she has to deal with. I appreciate the fact that you try to keep to my regular carers and the times they come. It helps me to keep to these times because I like to do things for myself before they arrive and I can judge my times if its kept the same.

Sister: Answering our questionnaire. Chequered times of coming – some at very short notice – as (client) is in and out of hospital with little warning and only home 3 days before re-admission. I can’t fault your care and concern. Lindie wonderful. Only met MM and NN, once each! As a carer I feel very supported too and much appreciate the genuine care and follow up phone calls.

Client: Answering our questionnaire. Excellent service all round. Could I highlight the care given by PL (my Mum’s most regular carer) who shows enormous care and respect for my Mum and goes beyond what is required – she’s been fantastic. Many thanks to all the staff overall.

They take the time to chat if you have any problems, and always will do things for you, I usually have the same carers and you get to know them very well. I think you should be pleased with all the carers as they do such a good job.
