At Carers at Home, we believe in openness and transparency when it comes to the cost of home care services. We charge a consistent rate to all clients and do not increase our fees as care needs evolve. Our charges would only increase if our carers spend more time with you.

Unlike some of our competitors we never charge a call out fee, PPE surcharge or travel expenses. The rates quoted below are all inclusive for the service we provde.

Weekday Rates

60 minutes - £35

45 minutes - £30

30 minutes - £27

Weekend Rates

​

60 minutes - £37.75

45 minutes - £33

30 minutes -  £29

​

Visits of 5 hours or more in duration will be charged at £28 per hour

​

Waking or sleeping nights are charged at £235 for a 9 hour shift. If a client has 3 or more night visits per week the fee is reduced to £225 per shift.

Please note that there are additional charges for bank holiday visits.
