Carers at Home provides live in care services across West Sussex

We provide a full range of services including dementia care, personal care, physical disability care, sensory disability, care, social visits, reablement  care, end of life (palliative) care and reablement care.

At Carers at Home we do not believe in providing live in care for clients that are not within 1 hours drive of either one of our offices or a field base care manager. 

When onboarding a new live in care client in West-Sussex one of Carers at Home's management team will introduce all new care workers and attend the client at least twice in the first week. Following that a member of the management team will undertake a supervision every 2-4 weeks depending on the client's needs.
